Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, Necros Games (“biz”) tarafından geliştirilen Paw Smash! - Physics Puzzle ve diğer mobil oyunlarımızı (birlikte “Oyun”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Oyunu indirerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz; kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Oyunu kullanmayın. Hangi bilgileri topladığımızı ve nasıl kullandığımızı Gizlilik Politikası'nda bulabilirsiniz.

1. Oyunu Kullanma

• Size Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynamanız için kişisel, devredilemez ve sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz.
• Oyunu oynamak için hesap açmanız gerekmez. İlerlemeniz cihazınızda saklanır; Oyunu silerseniz ya da cihaz değiştirirseniz ilerlemeniz kaybolabilir ve onu geri getiremeyebiliriz.
• “Reklamları Kaldır” gibi kalıcı satın almalar, Ayarlar'daki “Satın Almaları Geri Yükle” ile aynı mağaza hesabında geri alınabilir. Coin ve booster gibi kullanıldıkça biten ürünler geri yüklenmez.
• 13 yaşından küçükseniz Oyunu bir ebeveyninizin ya da vasinizin izniyle oynayın.

2. Sanal Ürünler ve Satın Almalar

• Coin, can ve booster gibi sanal ürünler yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılır. Gerçek para değerleri yoktur; paraya çevrilemez, satılamaz ya da başkasına devredilemezler. Bu ürünler size ait bir mülk değil, Oyun içinde kullanma hakkıdır.
• Satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme ve iade, satın aldığınız mağazanın kurallarına tabidir; iade talebinizi o mağazaya iletebilirsiniz.
• Ödemesi yapılmış bir ürün Oyun'a gelmediyse bize yazın, birlikte çözelim.
• Oyunu dengede tutmak için sanal ürünlerin içeriğini, fiyatını ve nasıl kazanıldığını değiştirebiliriz.

3. Liderlik Tablosu ve Takma Adlar

Seçtiğiniz takma ad, avatarınız ve ulaştığınız bölüm Oyundaki sıralamada diğer oyunculara görünür. Bu yüzden takma ad olarak gerçek adınızı, telefon numaranızı, adresinizi ya da sosyal medya hesabınızı kullanmayın.

Takma adınız şunları içeremez:

• küfür, hakaret ya da nefret söylemi; ırk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim veya engelliliğe yönelik aşağılama
• cinsel içerik, şiddet, uyuşturucu ya da yasa dışı faaliyetler
• başka bir kişiyi, Necros Games'i ya da bir yetkiliyi veya moderatörü taklit etmek
• reklam, bağlantı, sosyal medya hesabı ya da iletişim bilgisi
• başka birinin kişisel bilgileri

Uygunsuz adlar Oyun'da otomatik olarak engellenir, ama hiçbir filtre her şeyi yakalayamaz. Kurallara aykırı bir ad görürseniz sıralamada o satıra dokunup Bildir'e basabilirsiniz; bildirilen oyuncuları inceleriz. Bir oyuncunun adını görmek istemezseniz aynı yerden Engelle'ye basabilirsiniz: ad yalnızca sizin cihazınızda gizlenir, Engeli Kaldır ile geri alırsınız.

Kurallara aykırı bir adı ya da kaydı önceden haber vermeden sıralamadan gizleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Tekrarlayan ihlallerde oyuncunun liderlik kaydı kalıcı olarak gizlenebilir.

• Hile yasaktır: değiştirilmiş bir uygulama kullanmak, otomatik oynatmak, sunucularımıza Oyun dışından istek göndermek ya da sıralamayı başka bir yolla bozmak. Bu yollarla oluşan kayıtları sıralamadan kaldırırız.
• Liderlik tablosunun görünümünü ve kurallarını değiştirebilir, sıralamayı sıfırlayabilir ya da bu özelliği kapatabiliriz. Sıralamadaki yeriniz bir ödül ya da hak doğurmaz.

Arkadaş daveti

Oyundaki Davet Et ekranından bir arkadaşınızın davet kodunu, 50. bölüme gelmeden ve yalnızca bir kez girebilirsiniz. Davet eden oyuncu, davet ettiği oyuncular belirli bölümlere ulaştıkça oyun içi coin kazanır (en fazla 5 davet); kodu giren oyuncu bir ödül almaz. Coin'ler sanal üründür (bkz. 2. madde). Sahte ya da otomatik hesaplarla, değiştirilmiş bir uygulamayla veya başka bir hileyle kazanılan davet ödüllerini vermeyebiliriz; bu özelliği değiştirebilir ya da kapatabiliriz.

4. Reklamlar

• Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir. Ödüllü reklam izlemek tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; ödül, reklam sonuna kadar izlendiğinde verilir ve o an gösterilecek reklam yoksa bu seçenek kullanılamayabilir.
• “Reklamları Kaldır” zorunlu geçiş reklamlarını kaldırır; ödül karşılığında kendi isteğinizle izlediğiniz reklamlar kullanılabilir kalır.
• Reklamları reklam ortaklarımız sunar. Reklamlarda tanıtılan ürün, hizmet ve sitelerden biz sorumlu değiliz.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

Oyun ve içindeki her şey (kod, grafikler, karakterler, sesler, müzik, oyunun adı ve logosu) Necros Games'e ya da lisans verenlerine aittir. Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında Oyunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislikle çözemez ya da dağıtamazsınız.

Oyunun ekran görüntülerini ve oynanış videolarını paylaşabilirsiniz; bu, Oyunun görsellerini, seslerini ya da karakterlerini başka bir üründe kullanma hakkı vermez.

6. Oyundaki Değişiklikler

Oyunu güncelleyebilir; özellik, bölüm ya da ürün ekleyip çıkarabilir, Oyunu kısmen veya tamamen yayından kaldırabiliriz. Liderlik tablosu gibi çevrimiçi özellikler internet bağlantısı ister ve zaman zaman kesintiye uğrayabilir.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırı

Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan ve cihazınızdaki oyun ilerlemesinin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, tüketici olarak yasalardan doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

8. Kullanımın Sona Ermesi

Oyunu dilediğiniz zaman silerek bırakabilirsiniz. Bu şartlara aykırı davranırsanız liderlik tablosu gibi çevrimiçi özelliklere erişiminizi kısıtlayabiliriz.

9. Uygulama Mağazaları

Oyunu App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA), Google Play'den indirdiyseniz Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir. Apple ve Google bu şartların tarafı değildir; Oyunla ilgili destek ve sorumluluk bize aittir.

10. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yaşadığınız ülkenin tüketicileri koruyan zorunlu kuralları saklıdır. Bir sorun yaşarsanız lütfen önce bize yazın. Türkiye'de yaşayan tüketiciler, kanunun öngördüğü durumlarda Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır ve sayfanın başındaki tarih değişir; önemli değişikliklerde Oyun içinde de bilgilendirme yapabiliriz. Güncellemeden sonra oynamaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Paw Smash! - Physics Puzzle and other mobile games developed by Necros Games (“we”, “us”) (together, the “Game”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the Game. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Using the Game

• We give you a personal, non-transferable, limited right to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You don't need an account to play. Your progress is stored on your device; if you delete the Game or switch devices, your progress may be lost and we may not be able to restore it.
• Permanent purchases such as “Remove Ads” can be restored on the same store account with “Restore Purchases” in Settings. Items that are used up, such as coins and boosters, are not restored.
• If you are under 13, play the Game with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. Virtual Items and Purchases

• Virtual items such as coins, lives and boosters can only be used in the Game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to anyone else. They are not your property; you have a right to use them in the Game.
• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payments and refunds are subject to the rules of the store you bought from; refund requests go to that store.
• If you paid for something and it didn't arrive in the Game, email us and we'll sort it out.
• To keep the Game balanced, we may change what virtual items contain, what they cost and how they are earned.

3. Leaderboard and Nicknames

The nickname you choose, your avatar and the level you have reached are visible to other players in the Game's rankings. So don't use your real name, phone number, address or social media account as your nickname.

Your nickname must not contain:

• swearing, insults or hate speech, or anything that demeans people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability
• sexual content, violence, drugs or illegal activity
• an impersonation of another person, of Necros Games, or of an official or moderator
• advertising, links, social media accounts or contact details
• someone else's personal information

Inappropriate names are blocked automatically in the Game, but no filter catches everything. If you see a name that breaks these rules, tap that row in the rankings and press Report; we review reported players. If you'd rather not see a player's name, press Block in the same place: the name is hidden only on your device, and Unblock brings it back.

We may hide or remove a name or entry that breaks these rules without notice. For repeated violations, a player's leaderboard entry may be hidden permanently.

• No cheating: using a modified app, playing with automation, sending requests to our servers from outside the Game, or manipulating the rankings in any other way. We remove entries created like this.
• We may change how the leaderboard looks and works, reset the rankings or turn the feature off. Your place in the rankings does not entitle you to any reward or right.

Inviting friends

On the Game's Invite screen you can enter a friend's invite code once, before you reach level 50. The inviting player earns in-game coins as the players they invited reach certain levels (up to 5 invites); the player who enters a code receives no reward. Coins are virtual items (see section 2). We may withhold invite rewards earned with fake or automated accounts, a modified app or any other cheating, and we may change or turn off this feature.

4. Advertising

• The Game is free and contains ads. Watching rewarded ads is entirely optional; the reward is given when the ad is watched to the end, and the option may be unavailable when there is no ad to show.
• “Remove Ads” removes forced interstitial ads; ads you choose to watch in exchange for a reward remain available.
• Ads are served by our advertising partners. We are not responsible for the products, services or websites they promote.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and everything in it (code, graphics, characters, sounds, music, the Game's name and logo) belong to Necros Games or its licensors. Except where the law expressly allows it, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute the Game.

You are welcome to share screenshots and gameplay videos of the Game; this does not give you the right to use the Game's art, sounds or characters in another product.

6. Changes to the Game

We may update the Game, add or remove features, levels or items, and withdraw the Game in part or in full. Online features such as the leaderboard need an internet connection and may be interrupted from time to time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is”. We can't guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Game or for the loss of game progress stored on your device. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, we may restrict your access to online features such as the leaderboard.

9. App Stores

If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms; we, not they, are responsible for the Game and its support.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, please email us first. Consumers living in Türkiye may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts where the law provides for it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated; for significant changes we may also let you know inside the Game. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
